Guide: Enable or disable receiving comments on posts as messages
Why do it:
Enabling this feature allows you to receive and manage comments left on your Facebook posts directly in the platform's message module, as if they were private messages.
Procedure
1. Access the settings area of the Messenger and Direct plugin.
2. Scroll down the page until you find the box titled Receive comments.
3. Within this section, look for the label Enable reception.
4. Next to the label, you will find a checkbox with the text: Also receive post comments as messages.
5. To enable receiving comments as messages, make sure this box is checked.
6. To disable the feature, make sure the box is empty (unchecked).
7. Save the changes made to the plugin settings. (The save button is usually located at the bottom or top right of the page).
