This guide explains how to configure a Marketing Automation Trigger to decide whether to accept only comments directly on a Facebook post, or also the replies (secondary comments) to those comments.
This setting is found within the Commento al post trigger settings.
Procedure: Enable or Disable Replies to Comments
1. Access the Marketing Automation section of the platform.
2. Select the Campaign or Funnel you want to modify.
3. Click on the Commento al post trigger (under the Facebook category) to open its settings.
4. In the trigger settings screen, locate the section labeled Risposte ai commenti.
5. Under this label, you will find the checkbox: Accetta anche le risposte ai commenti.
- To enable: Check the box. The trigger will activate for both main comments and replies to those comments.
- To disable: Uncheck the box. The trigger will activate only for primary (top-level) comments on the post.
6. Once configuration is complete, click the button to save changes to the trigger.
