Display key advertising performance metrics (Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Costs, CPC, CTR)

This guide explains how to view the key performance indicators of your advertising campaigns (Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Costs, CPC, CTR) within the Dashboard.

Prerequisites: Widget Configuration

To view the metrics, you must first select the advertising account you want to monitor in the plugin settings.

1. Access the Meta Ads plugin Settings.

2. Locate the Summary Widget section.

3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the advertising account that contains the data you want to display.

4. Click Save (or the equivalent save settings button).

Procedure: Viewing Metrics

Once the account is configured, the metrics will appear on the main Dashboard.

1. Navigate to the system Dashboard.

2. Locate the tile (widget) dedicated to advertising performance.

3. In this tile, you will see a summary of key metrics for the selected period:

ClicksThe total number of clicks received by your ads.
ConversionsThe number of desired actions completed by users (e.g., purchases, sign-ups).
CostsThe total amount spent on ads.
Average CPCThe average cost per click.
Average CTRThe average Click-Through Rate (percentage of people who clicked after seeing the ad).

4. Below the summary, a chart will show the trend over time of Clicks, Conversions, and Costs.
