What is it for? (Practical examples)

This tool helps you optimize the management of your advertising activities without having to continuously access the Meta platform.

  • Quick Monitoring: View key data (costs, clicks, conversions) in real time directly on your Dashboard, allowing you to assess the effectiveness of your campaigns at a glance.
  • Smart Budget Management: Set automatic rules to increase a campaign’s daily budget if conversions are high, or to reduce/deactivate it if costs exceed a defined threshold.
  • Time Scheduling: Schedule the activation or deactivation of specific ad sets based on times or days of the week, to maximize performance during the best slots.

Main Features

Performance Dashboard

After connecting your advertising account, the main Dashboard will show a graphical and numerical summary of your ads’ performance.

  • Key Metrics: Immediate display of Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Total Costs, Cost per Conversion (Average CPC), and Click-Through Rate (Average CTR).
  • Trend Charts: An interactive chart shows trends over time for Clicks, Conversions, and Costs, allowing analysis on a daily or hourly basis (by selecting a single-day interval).

Ad Automation Rules

This is the core feature for automating your campaign management. You can define conditions and actions to apply to Campaigns, Ad Sets, or specific Ads.

Available Actions:

Activate/DeactivateChange the status of Campaign/Ad Set/Ad from Active to Paused, or vice versa.
Increase BudgetIncrease the daily budget by the specified amount.
Decrease BudgetDecrease the daily budget by the specified amount. (The system ignores this action if it would result in too low a budget).
Set BudgetDefine a fixed value for the daily budget.

Creating Ads and Ad Sets

The module offers guided tools for creating new advertising elements:

  • Create Ad Sets: Allows you to define the group name, optimization objective, budget (daily or total), duration, and targeting (platforms, geolocation, gender, and age).
  • Create Ads: Enables creation of new ads linking them to existing posts or defining new content (message, link, call-to-action, and media attachments).

How to configure

To use the module, you first need to connect your Meta account and select which advertising account should be monitored on the Dashboard.

Meta AuthenticationEnsure that your Meta account is connected and that read permissions on ad data (ads_read) have been granted.
Summary WidgetSelect from the list the Advertising Account you want displayed in the main Dashboard widget. If no account is selected, the widget will not be visible.

Automatic Integrations

The Meta Ads module integrates with the platform’s automation and notification system to ensure that your rules are executed reliably.

Scheduled Automated Operations

The automation rules you set (e.g., budget changes or activation/deactivation) are automatically executed by the system at regular intervals according to each rule’s defined schedule.

System Notifications

When an automation rule is successfully executed, you will receive a notification within the platform so you can keep track of all automatic changes made to your campaigns.

Manual Rule Execution

You can force execution of all active rules at any time without waiting for their scheduled interval. This feature is useful for immediately testing the impact of new automations.
