Write or edit the Instagram Post message

This guide shows you how to set up the text content and main settings of your Instagram Post within the platform.

Procedure

1. In the Post Title field, enter a descriptive name for your post (this is an internal title and will not be visible on Instagram).

2. In the Account dropdown menu, select the Instagram account from which you want to publish.

3. On the right section, locate the Message field and enter the full text (the caption) of your post.

4. In the Photo section, upload the image or video that will accompany your post.

Setting the Post Action (Call to Action)

5. In the Post Action dropdown menu, you can choose a specific action to associate with the post:

• Select None if you do not want an action button.
• Select Send message, Call now, or Open link to add a call-to-action button.

6. If you have selected an action, the Action Link field will appear. Enter here the destination URL (for example, a link to your website or a Facebook page).

Once configuration is complete, make sure to save your changes. (The save button is managed externally from this section).
