To view the list of permissions that the Meta plugin requires before connecting to your account, follow this procedure.
Viewing the permissions required before connecting the plugin
Why do it:
This summary screen helps you understand what information the Framework360 system requests from your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account and why it is necessary.
Procedure:
1. Access the settings section of the Meta plugin.
2. Locate the permissions section. Depending on the current connection status, click the button:
- Reconnect (if the plugin is already installed but not connected).
- Change (if you want to connect a different account).
3. A permissions summary window will open.
4. Read the introductory message: "By clicking install, you will be asked to grant the following permissions to Framework360. To help you better understand why we ask for them, below you will find a detailed explanation for each one."
5. In the detailed section, you can view the list of requested permissions and their explanation:
- Public information: Provides your name and profile picture. We use them to personalize your experience.
- Email address: Provides the email address of your Facebook account. We use it to personalize your experience.
6. Below the list, you will find an important note: "You can choose which permissions to grant through the consent screen that will appear after clicking 'Install.' We recommend providing all requested permissions for a better experience."
7. After reviewing the permissions, you can proceed with the connection by clicking Install (or the confirmation button in the window) to be redirected to Meta's consent screen.
