Save the Instagram Post and Sponsorship settings

This guide shows you how to configure and save your Instagram post settings, including details for possible sponsorship.

1. Configure Instagram Post Settings

In the Instagram Post Settings section, follow these steps to define your post's content and action:

1. In the Post Title field, enter an internal name to identify the post.

2. In the Account dropdown menu, select the Instagram profile where you want to publish.

3. Upload the desired Photo (or video) using the media selector.

4. In the Message field, write the text that will accompany your post.

5. In the Post Action dropdown menu, choose the action users should take (e.g., "Send message" or "Open link").

6. If you selected an action, enter the full URL in the Action Link field.

2. Configure Sponsorship (Optional)

If you want to promote the post, activate the Sponsorship section:

1. Check the box Sponsor post.

Once activated, sections will appear to define the target audience and sponsorship budget:

2.1. Define Sponsorship Target

1. In the Business Manager dropdown menu, select the Business Manager account to use.

2. In the Campaign dropdown menu, select an existing campaign or choose "Create new".

3. In the Ad Set dropdown menu, select an existing group or choose "Create new".

2.2. Define Audience and Budget

1. In the Gender dropdown menu, choose your target audience ("Any", "Men", or "Women").

2. In the Age section, set the minimum and maximum age range of your target audience.

3. In the Budget section:

  • Enter the numeric value of the budget.
  • Select mode: Daily or Total.

4. In the Duration section, enter the number of days for which the sponsorship will be active.

5. In the Placement dropdown menu, select where you want your ad to appear (you can choose between Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger).

Once all settings are completed, the system is ready to save data. Click on the save button (usually labeled Save or Confirm) present on the main screen to finalize configuration.
