Defining a Post Action (Call to Action or CTA) allows you to add a clickable button to your post, guiding users to perform a specific action (such as sending a message or visiting a website).
Procedure
1. On the Post Facebook creation or editing screen, scroll down to the Post Facebook Settings section.
2. Locate the Post Action field.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the desired action:
- None: The post will be published without an action button.
- Send Message: Adds a button that allows users to send a direct message to your Facebook Page via Messenger.
- Open Link: Adds a button that redirects users to an external URL.
4. If you selected Open Link, the Action Link field will appear. Enter the full web address (URL) where you want to redirect users (e.g., https://www.tuosito.it).
> Note: After defining the action, make sure to save the entire post to apply the changes.
