This guide shows you how to add a call-to-action button (CTA) to your Instagram post, directing users to perform a specific action (such as sending a message or visiting a link).
Procedure
1. On the configuration screen of your Instagram Post, scroll down to the Instagram Post Settings section.
2. Find the row labeled Post Action.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the action you want to associate with the post. You have the following options:
- None: The post will not have an action button.
- Send Message: The button will direct the user to send a direct message.
- Call Now: The button will allow the user to initiate a call to the number associated with your account.
- Open Link: The button will direct the user to an external URL.
4. If you selected the Open Link option, an additional field called Action Link will appear.
5. Enter in this field the full URL (for example, https://www.tuosito.it) where you want to direct users.
6. After defining the action, make sure to save or update the post settings.
