To include an image or file in your Instagram post:
1. In the Instagram Post Settings section, locate the field labeled Photo.
2. Click on the upload area or the file selection button that appears under the Photo label.
3. Your media library will open. You can choose to:
- Select a photo or file already present in the library.
- Upload a new file from your computer.
4. Select the desired file.
Note: Only one attachment per post is allowed. Supported formats are images (JPEG, PNG) or PDF documents.
