- Publishing Automation: Insert the publication of a post on Facebook or Instagram as part of an automated sequence (for example, after registering for an event).
- Targeted Sponsorship: Automatically create and launch advertising campaigns (Ads) on Meta for your most important posts, defining the budget and target audience directly from the automation.
- Server-Side Tracking: Ensure that every purchase or conversion made on your site is correctly attributed to your Meta Pixel, improving the accuracy of your advertising campaigns.

1. Connection Management
The module connects to your Meta account through a secure authentication process.
- Permissions: Clearly displays which permissions have been granted (e.g., profile access, page and content management).
- Reconnection: Allows you to reconnect the account or change the linked user at any time.
2. Automatic Post Creation and Publishing
This tool allows you to define content to be automatically published within your marketing campaigns.

3. Automatic Sponsorship (Meta Ads)
If the Meta Ads management plugin is active, you can sponsor posts created directly from the automation.
- Enablement: Activate the "Sponsor post" option to turn the organic post into a paid ad.
- Targeting: Define the audience based on:
- Gender (Any, Men, Women).
- Age range (from 18 to 65 years).
- Budget and Duration: Set the budget (Daily or Total) and sponsorship duration in days.
- Campaign Structure: Select existing Business Manager, Campaign, and Ad Set, or choose to create new ones.
- Placement (Instagram Only): For Instagram posts, you can specify where the ad will appear (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger).
4. Additional Tools
- Server-Side Tracking (Conversion API): Sends event data in real-time (e.g., purchases, product views) from your server directly to Meta, ensuring more reliable tracking compared to browser-side Pixel only.
- Lead Form Management: Allows viewing leads generated by Meta's lead acquisition forms (Lead Generation Forms).
- Live Streaming: Offers the possibility to create and start a Live Stream directly in a connected Facebook group.
How to configure
The main configuration requires authorization of your Meta account.
1. Access Settings: Go to the "Plugins" or "Integrations" section and select the Meta module.
2. Connection: Click on the Install or Reconnect button. You will be redirected to Meta’s consent screen.
3. Requested Permissions: You will be asked to grant the following permissions necessary for proper functioning of automations and tracking:
- Public Information and Email: To identify your account.
- Page and Post Management: To publish content and manage interactions on your pages and groups.
- Business Management: To access and manage advertising resources (Business Manager, Campaigns, Ad Sets) if you intend to use automatic sponsorship.
4. Completion: After granting permissions, you will be redirected back to the platform and connection will be active.
Automatic Integrations
This tool mainly integrates with the Marketing Automations system and with the Tracking system.
Adding actions in automations
When building an automated marketing campaign, you will have two new actions available:
- Publish post on Facebook: Inserts an action that immediately publishes configured content on the selected page or group.
- Publish post on Instagram: Inserts an action that immediately publishes configured content on the connected Instagram account.
Advanced Conversion Tracking
The module works in background to ensure that information about your customers (personal data, site actions, purchase values) are sent securely and compliant with Meta’s rules, improving data quality for your advertising.
