This guide explains how to assign a specific name to the tab where the custom field will be displayed when editing a record (for example, a product or a customer).
If the Nome tab field is left empty, the custom field will be displayed in the default tab called Campi aggiuntivi.
Specify the display tab name for the field
Follow these steps to define the tab where your custom field will appear:
1. Access the Campi personalizzati management section (usually under Settings or Plugins).
2. In the left column, select the module (for example, Products or Customers) for which you are configuring fields.
3. Locate the custom field you want to edit or add a new one.
4. Within the field settings, look for the label Nome tab.
5. In the text box under the Nome tab label, type the exact name you want to assign to the display tab (for example, "Dati Tecnici" or "Informazioni Aggiuntive").
- Note: All fields sharing the same value in Nome tab will be grouped under that tab when you edit a record.
6. Save the changes to the field.
The new tab will now appear when you edit a record of the selected module.
