This guide explains how to select values for custom fields that have been configured as predefined lists (types "Selectable" or "Multi-selectable").
The procedure varies slightly depending on whether the field allows a single choice or multiple choices.
1. Selecting a Single Value (Field "Selectable")
This type of field allows you to choose only one item from the list.
1. Locate the field you want to fill in (the label is defined by the administrator).
2. Click on the dropdown field (identified by the placeholder "Seleziona valore" if nothing has been selected yet).
3. Select the desired value from the list.
4. The field will automatically close showing the selected value.
> Note: If you want to deselect the value, reopen the list and choose the option "Seleziona valore".
2. Selecting Multiple Values (Field "Multi-selectable")
This type of field allows you to choose multiple items simultaneously from the list.
1. Locate the field you want to fill in.
2. Click on the dropdown field to open the list of accepted values.
3. Click on each value you wish to select. The chosen values will appear highlighted inside the field box.
4. To deselect a value, click it again in the dropdown list.
5. Once selection is complete, click anywhere outside the field to close the list.
> Note: The selected values will remain visible inside the field box, separated from each other.
