This guide explains how to select multiple options within a field defined as "Multi-selectable" (a dropdown menu that accepts multiple choices).
Procedure for Multiple Selection
When using a field that allows selecting multiple values from a list (such as a Multi-selezionabile field), you need to use a key combination to select the desired options.
1. Locate the field: Find the dropdown menu containing the list of predefined values.
2. Select the first value: Click normally on the first value you want to select from the list.
3. Select additional values (Windows/Linux): Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and, while holding it, click on all other values you want to add to the selection.
4. Select additional values (Mac): Hold down the Cmd key on your keyboard and, while holding it, click on all other values you want to add to the selection.
5. To deselect a value: If you selected a value by mistake, hold down the Ctrl or Cmd key and click again on the selected value to remove it from the list.
> Tip: If the values you want to select are consecutive in the list, you can click on the first value, hold down the Shift key, and click on the last value. All items between the first and last will be automatically selected.
