This guide explains how to define the list of available options for custom fields of type "Selectable" or "Multi-selectable".
Guide: Entering accepted values for selectable fields (separated by semicolon)
This procedure is necessary when creating or modifying a custom field that offers the user a predefined list of choices.
1. Access the custom fields management section and select the module for which you want to configure the fields.
2. Add a new field or select an existing field to modify it.
3. In the field labeled Tipologia campo, make sure you have selected one of the following options:
SelezionabileMulti-selezionabile
(If you select a different type, the field for entering accepted values will not be visible.)
4. Locate the field labeled Valori accettati.
5. Enter the values you want to make available to users, separating them with a semicolon (;).
Example of entry:
If you want the options to be "Rosso", "Verde", and "Blu", you should type:
Rosso;Verde;Blu
6. Save the changes to the field and then save the module's general settings. The new values will now be available in the dropdown menu when filling in data for that field.
