Configure the appearance and design of an image field in the visual builder

This guide explains how to access and modify design settings specific to a custom field of type "Single Image" within the Visual Builder.


Configuring the Appearance of the Image Field

1. Access Block Settings:

In the Visual Builder, locate the "Additional Field" block you are using to display the image and double-click it to open the configuration window.

2. Select the Field Source:

At the top of the popup window, in the Source section, check the following fields:

  • Source Module: Select the module that contains the image field (e.g., Products, Clients, etc.).
  • Field to Display: Select the exact name of the additional field of type "Single Image" that you created.

3. Access Image Field Preferences:

Once you select a field of type "Single Image," configuration panels specific to this content type will automatically appear.

4. Configure Image Appearance:

Look for the settings panel related to Image (or Image Design). Here you can define the visual appearance of the field:

  • Set dimensions (width and height).
  • Apply borders, rounded corners, and shadows.
  • Define image alignment within the block.

5. Configure On Click Action:

Look for the settings panel related to On Click Action (or On Click). Here you can specify what should happen when a user clicks on the image:

  • You can choose to do nothing or open an external or internal link.

6. Save Changes:

After completing your design changes, save the block settings to apply them to your layout.
