Display the list of upcoming renewals on the dashboard (Customer, Item, Expiration Date, Reminder Date)

To view the list of services with upcoming expiration (within 7 days) and their related recall information.

Procedure

1. Log in to the platform with your user credentials.

2. Once the main Dashboard is displayed, scroll down to locate the box titled Rinnovi imminenti.

3. Inside this box, you will find a table listing renewal operations that require attention, with the following columns:

  • Cliente: The name of the client associated with the renewal.
  • Articolo: The name of the service or product expiring.
  • Data scadenza: The exact date and time when the service will expire.
  • Data richiamo: The date and time of the last action recorded on the client (if not available, N/A is indicated).

4. To access the full edit page of the renewal operation, click on the Dettagli link in the right column.

5. If there are no imminent renewals, the system will display a no data message.
