This guide explains how to register a new expiry operation directly within a customer's record.
Procedure
1. Access the desired customer's record.
2. Navigate to the Scadenze (or Scadenze cliente) section. This section is usually found among the tabs or subsections of the customer record.
3. Look for the Aggiungi operazione button and click it. A new modal window (popup) containing the input form will open.
4. In the form, enter the details of the new expiry operation by filling in the following fields:
- Articolo: Select or enter the type of service or product subject to expiry.
- Quantità: Enter the quantity related to the item (for example,
1). - Importo: Enter the total amount of the operation.
- Note: Add any relevant notes or details about the operation.
- Data decorrenza: Select the start date of the operation.
- Data scadenza: Select the date when the operation will expire.
5. Once all required fields are completed, click on the save button (usually labeled Salva or Aggiungi Operazione) within the modal window.
The operation will be added to the list of Scadenze cliente and the table will be updated automatically.
