How to synchronize an existing tax document with the eInvoix service

Why do it: This procedure sends the tax document data (such as Invoice or Proforma) to the eInvoix service, officially creating or updating the document on the external system.

Synchronization Procedure

1. Access the detail page of the Order or Sale containing the tax document.

2. Click on the eInvoix tab (identifiable by its icon and name) in the additional modules section.

Depending on whether the document has been created or not, the procedure is slightly different:

Case 1: Document not yet created locally

If the tax document has not yet been generated in the system, you will see fields for creation:

1. Fill in the Subject field (for example, "Sale #[Order ID]").

2. Fill in the Notes field (optional).

3. Click on the Generate document button.

Case 2: Document created locally but not yet synchronized

If the document exists but has not yet been sent to the eInvoix service, you will see the eInvoix label:

1. Click on the Generate [Document Type] button (for example, "Generate Invoice").

Confirmation

After clicking the generate/synchronize button:

1. Wait for the system to process the request.

2. If successful, you will receive a notification saying "Document generated successfully."

3. The eInvoix section will update, showing a confirmation message: "Invoice generated successfully on [Date and Time]". The document is now synchronized.
