How to convert a tax document into another type (e.g., Invoice)

To transform an existing tax document (such as a Proforma or a Quote) into a final type (such as an Invoice), follow this procedure.

1. Access the order page that contains the document you want to convert.

2. In the sidebar or in the additional modules section, click on the eInvoix tab (recognizable by the eInvoix logo icon).

3. Scroll down the page until you find the section titled Convert [Current Document Name] to (for example, "Convert Quote to").

4. Click on the button showing the name of the desired document type, for example Invoice.

5. The system will start the conversion process. Wait for the success notification: "Documento aggiornato correttamente."

Once the conversion is complete, the updated document will be available in the eInvoix section of the order.
