Map product attributes to custom labels (Custom Label 0-4)

Content:

Why do it: Custom labels (Custom Label 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) allow you to segment the products in your catalog into specific groups, useful for creating targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and TikTok Shop.

Procedure

1. Access the Catalog Synchronizer configuration page.

2. Locate the section dedicated to feed attribute mapping (usually called "Feed Settings" or "Custom Label Mapping").

3. You will find five mapping fields, labeled from Custom Label 0 to Custom Label 4.

4. For each custom label, choose which product data to associate:

  • To map the Product Category: Enter the keyword categories. The feed will use the full product category path as the label value. (Example: "Clothing, T-Shirts, Men").
  • Note: If you don’t specify anything, Custom Label 0 will default to using the product categories.
  • To map a Specific Attribute: Enter the numeric ID of the attribute you want to use (for example, the ID of the "Material" or "Season" attribute).
  • Example: If the "Collection" attribute has ID 15, enter 15 in the Custom Label 1 field.

5. Repeat this process for all custom labels (from 0 to 4) that you want to populate in the feed.

6. Click Save (or Apply changes) to update the feed configuration.

Changes will be applied at the next catalog generation.
