This guide explains how to leave or edit feedback for a purchased product using the "Product Reviews" section of your Customer Area.
1. Access the Reviews Section
1. Log in to your Customer Area.
2. In the side menu, look for and click on Product Reviews (or Product Feedback).
3. You will find a list of products you can review.
2. Write a New Review
If you have not yet left feedback for a product, you will see the review form ready to use.
1. Select a rating by clicking on the desired number of stars (from 1 to 5).
2. Write your comment in the text area that says Let us know your opinion about it.
(Note: The comment is optional but recommended).
3. Click the Submit Feedback button.
What happens if you don’t enter a comment?
If you try to submit feedback without writing anything in the comment field, a warning message will appear:
> "You have not entered any comment, are you sure you want to send only the rating?"
- Select OK to submit only the rating (the stars).
- Select Cancel to go back and add a comment.
3. Edit an Existing Review
If you have already submitted feedback, you will see a summary of your current review.
1. Locate the product you want to modify.
2. Click the Edit Feedback button. The review form will appear below the summary.
3. Change the rating by clicking on new stars.
4. Edit the text in the comment area.
5. You have two options:
- Click Update Feedback to save changes.
- Click Cancel to close the form and keep the original review.
Once submitted or updated, the page will reload and you will receive a confirmation message. Your review will be published as soon as it is approved by the system (if moderation is active).
