If you have already left a review for a product, you can modify it at any time by following these steps.
This procedure applies to feedback you have submitted through the "Product Reviews" section of your Reserved Area.
Step-by-step procedure
1. Log in to your Reserved Area and go to the Product Reviews (or Product Feedback) section.
2. Locate the product for which you want to edit the feedback.
3. Under your current feedback, click the Edit Feedback button.
- Note: Clicking this button will hide the display of the submitted feedback and the edit form will appear.
4. In the edit form, update your rating (by selecting the stars) and/or modify the text in the comment field (which has the placeholder "Let us know your opinion about it").
5. To save the changes, click the Update Feedback button.
If you change your mind and do not want to save the changes, click the Cancel button to return to viewing your original feedback.
After clicking Update Feedback, the page will reload and you will see your updated review.
