This guide shows you how to edit a review (or "feedback") that you previously left on a purchased product.
Procedure to Update the Feedback
1. Access the Reviews Section
Go to your Reserved Area (Customer Area) and select the Product Reviews (or Product Feedback) section.
2. Find the Feedback to Edit
Scroll through the list until you find the product for which you want to update the review. If feedback has already been submitted, you will see your current rating and comment.
3. Start Editing
Below your existing review, click the button:
Edit Feedback
4. Change the Rating (Stars)
In the review form that appears, click on the desired number of stars (from 1 to 5) to change your rating.
5. Edit the Comment
Update the text in the comment field (the field with the placeholder text Facci sapere la tua opinione al riguardo).
6. Save the Update
To save changes, click the button:
Update Feedback
If you change your mind and do not want to save changes, you can click the Cancel button.
After clicking Update Feedback, you will receive a confirmation notification and the page will reload to show the updated review.
