This guide shows you how to map the payment methods used on your e-commerce with the names of the payment methods present in your Danea EasyFatt software.
EasyFatt Payment Methods Association
Why do it:
This configuration is necessary to ensure that orders exported to EasyFatt use the correct payment names defined in your management software.
Procedure
1. Access the configuration section of the Danea EasyFatt plugin.
2. Scroll down the page until you find the box titled Esportazione ordini.
3. Inside this box, locate the subsection Configurazione pagamenti.
4. In this section, you will see all the payment methods available in your system listed (for example, Bonifico Bancario, Carta di Credito, Contrassegno, etc.).
5. For each listed method, you will find a text field with the placeholder Nome metodo di pagamento.
6. In the text field, enter the exact name of the corresponding payment method as configured within EasyFatt.
Example: If the local method is "Bonifico Bancario", and in EasyFatt it is called "Bonifico 30gg", you must enter Bonifico 30gg.
7. Repeat the association for all existing payment methods.
8. After completing the changes, make sure that the settings are saved (the Framework360 platform usually saves changes automatically in this section).
