- Catalog import: Bulk imports new products, descriptions, variants (sizes, colors), and images directly from EasyFatt to your eCommerce.
- Accounting management: Exports orders received from the online store to EasyFatt for automatic creation of invoices or sales documents.
Main features
The module manages complete communication between your online sales system and the management software.
- Complete and incremental product import: Supports importing the entire catalog or only updating modified or deleted products.
- Flexible field mapping: Allows you to decide which EasyFatt field corresponds to Price, Discounted Price, Short Description, EAN Code, SKU, and Brand in your eCommerce.
- Attribute and variant management: Automatically associates product variants (such as sizes and colors) and up to four custom fields.
- Payment method association: Enables linking payment methods used on your eCommerce with the names of payment methods present in the management software for correct export.
- Filterable order export: Allows exporting orders based on date ranges or sequential numbers, with the option to exclude already processed orders.
How to configure
Configuration is divided into three main areas: Synchronization URLs, product field association, and import/export options.
1. Synchronization URLs
These URLs are the addresses you need to enter within Danea EasyFatt to start communication.

3. Import and export options
Product import (Updates)

| New products visibility | Selecting "Make visible immediately" will make newly imported products active on the site right away. If not selected, they will remain as drafts. |
| Partial import | Selecting "Treat all updates as partial" makes the system ignore data not specified during update, keeping previous values intact. |

Order export

4. Payment configuration
This section allows associating payment methods used by your customers on the site (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer) with corresponding names used in your EasyFatt management software.
- For each payment method configured in your system, you must enter exactly the payment method name present in EasyFatt.
Automatic integrations
The module operates autonomously to ensure data consistency:
- Automatic category management: If an imported product belongs to a category or subcategory not yet present on your eCommerce site, the system automatically creates it following the hierarchy defined in EasyFatt.
- Image import: During catalog import process, the system provides EasyFatt with necessary URLs to automatically upload product images that are then correctly associated with the product gallery on the site.
