Display the synchronization status (Synchronized/Not connected/Error) for products and orders in the lists

This guide explains how to view the synchronization status of your products and orders with the Dropshippingb2b system directly in the management lists.

Viewing the Synchronization Status

The synchronization status is visible as an additional column both in the product list and in the order list.

Procedure for Products

1. Access your Product List (for example, E-commerce > Products).

2. Locate the column titled Dropshippingb2b.

Procedure for Orders

1. Access your Order List (for example, Billing > Sales).

2. Locate the column titled Dropshippingb2b.


Interpreting the Synchronization Status

In the Dropshippingb2b column you will find one of the following statuses:

Displayed StatusColorMeaning
SincronizzatoBlue (Primary)The product or order has been successfully sent and linked to Dropshippingb2b.
Non collegatoRed (Danger)The product or order has not yet been sent or linked to Dropshippingb2b.
Errore!Red (Danger)A problem occurred during sending. Hovering over the "Errore!" label will display the Error Details explaining why it failed.
