View the synchronization error details of an order

Why do it:

If an order is not synchronized correctly with Dropshippingb2b, you can view the error details to understand the cause of the problem.

Procedure

1. Access the Sales or Orders section of your management panel and open the specific order that encountered a synchronization error.

2. Within the order detail page, click on the DropshippingB2B tab.

3. If the order was not sent, you will see a warning with the message: "Non è stato possibile inviare l'ordine."

4. Below this message, locate the information icon and the underlined text Dettagli errore.

5. Hover your mouse cursor over the text Dettagli errore. The full error message (for example, which products caused the synchronization failure) will appear in a small pop-up window (tooltip).

6. After viewing the details, you can click on the Riprova button to retry synchronizing the order.
