This guide explains how to view the result of an export to Dropshippingb2b, including items that were successfully sent and those that generated errors.
Procedure
1. After selecting the items to export and starting the sending function (for example, by clicking on Dropshippingb2b from the export menu), wait for the process to complete.
2. At the end of the export, a summary window titled Export Completed will automatically appear.
3. Inside this window, you can view the operation summary, divided into two sections:
- Sent: The total number of items successfully synchronized.
- Not Sent: The total number of items that were not sent.
4. If problems occurred during sending, the window will show an additional section titled Error Details:, listing specific error messages for each item not sent.
5. Click OK to close the summary window.
