Synchronize an order with Dropshippingb2b (Send to cart) from the order detail page

Why do it: To send the details of an order received from your e-commerce directly to the Dropshippingb2b cart, ready for purchase.

Procedure

1. Access the detail page of the order you want to synchronize.

2. In the sidebar or among the tabs, locate and click on the DropshippingB2B section.

3. Depending on the current status of the order, you will see one of the following buttons:

  • If the order has never been sent, click the Send to cart button.
  • If a previous sending attempt failed, click the Retry button.

4. Wait for the system to process the sending. A progress window may appear.

5. At the end, a summary of the export performed will appear, indicating the number of products sent and any errors.

6. If synchronization is successful, the DropshippingB2B section will show the alert: "The products are in the cart. Complete the order through your Dropshipping panel."

> Note: If the products have been sent correctly but you wish to cancel the operation and empty the cart on Dropshippingb2b, click on the Empty cart button present in the same section.
