This guide shows you how to quickly send an item (such as an order) to the Dropshippingb2b system directly from the item list (DataTable).
Why do it?
To start the order creation process in the Dropshippingb2b cart without having to access the item's detail tab.
Procedure
1. Access the item list: Navigate to the control panel section where the list of orders (or items you want to synchronize) is located.
2. Locate the item: Find the item (for example, the order) you intend to synchronize.
3. Open the action menu: In the item's row, look for the actions column and click on the button that activates the dropdown menu.
4. Select the send action: Within the menu, click on Send to.
5. Start synchronization: In the submenu, click on Dropshippingb2b.
6. Monitor sending: A progress window titled "Sending [Item Name] in progress..." will appear. Wait for the procedure to complete.
7. Check the result: At the end, a summary window titled Export completed will appear. This window will show:
- The number of items Sent.
- The number of items Not sent.
- If there were problems, you will find a Error details section with the specific reason for interruption.
8. Click OK to close the summary window.
> Note about the status column: After synchronization, the "Dropshippingb2b" column in the list will update.
> * If the operation was successful: you will see the label Synchronized.
> * If the operation failed: you will see the label Error! (hovering over the label you can view error details).
> * If it has never been sent: you will see the label Not connected.
