This procedure allows you to retry sending an order that was not correctly synchronized with the Dropshippingb2b cart.
Procedure
1. Access the order management section of your control panel.
2. Open the specific order that encountered a sending error.
3. In the order detail screen, locate and click on the side tab (or section) titled DropshippingB2B.
4. If the order was not sent correctly, you will see the message "Non è stato possibile inviare l'ordine.".
- Tip: To view the specific cause of the error, click on Dettagli errore.
5. To start a new synchronization attempt, click on the Riprova button.
6. Wait for the progress window to indicate that the sending is complete.
7. If the sending is successful, the DropshippingB2B section will update and display the message: "I prodotti si trovano nel carrello. Completa l'ordine tramite il tuo pannello di Dropshipping.
