Monitor the progress of bulk export using a progress bar

For bulk export operations (e.g., sending multiple orders or products to Dropshippingb2b), the system displays a modal window with a progress bar to monitor the status in real time.

Procedure

1. In the item list (e.g., Orders or Products list), select the items you want to export using the checkboxes.

2. Click on the bulk actions button (usually labeled Actions or similar).

3. In the dropdown menu, hover over Send to.

4. Click on Dropshippingb2b.

5. A modal window (progress bar) titled "Sending [Item Name] in progress..." will appear immediately.

6. Wait for the operation to complete. The progress bar will update for each processed item.

Export Results

At the end of the export, the modal window will close and a final summary titled Export completed will appear.

The summary will show:

  • The total number of items Sent successfully.
  • The total number of items Not sent (items that were not processed or generated errors).
  • If there are issues, a section called Error details: will be displayed with a list of specific error messages for each failed item.

Note: If the export is interrupted due to a connection or system issue, you will receive the error message: "An error occurred during loading. The export was interrupted." In this case, please try the operation again later.
