How to view synchronization error details directly from the list table (via tooltip)
This procedure allows you to quickly see why a product or order was not synchronized correctly, without having to open the detail page.
Procedure
1. Access the list table of the items you are synchronizing (for example, the Orders list or the Products list).
2. Locate the column named Dropshippingb2b.
3. Look for items that have the synchronization status as:
- <span class="label label-danger"><i class="fas fa-exclamation-triangle"></i> Errore!</span>
4. Hover your mouse cursor over the Errore! label (without clicking).
5. A small box (tooltip) will appear containing the detailed error message provided by the Dropshippingb2b system.
