Why do it: To check the outcome of a bulk export operation and identify which items were successfully sent and which generated errors.
Procedure
1. Start the bulk export (for example, by selecting multiple items in the table and choosing the synchronization option).
2. At the end of the operation, a summary window titled Export Completed will appear automatically.
3. At the top of the window, review the results summary:
- Check the number of items under the label Sent.
- Check the number of items under the label Not Sent.
4. If errors occurred during the export, there will be a section titled Error Details:.
5. Read the error messages listed under this section to identify the specific reason for failure for each item not sent.
6. Close the summary window to return to the previous screen.
