Description: This module integrates your Framework360 store with the Dropshippingb2b platform, allowing automatic synchronization of products, orders, and shipping statuses.
What is it for? (Practical Examples)
Use this tool to automate the management of your catalog and orders, reducing manual work:
- Catalog Import: Automatically synchronize products provided by Dropshippingb2b, including prices, images, stock quantities, and attributes directly into your e-commerce.
- Order Management: Send orders received on your Framework360 directly to the Dropshippingb2b supplier's cart for fulfillment.
- Tracking Updates: Automatically receive updates on order statuses (shipped, delivered) and tracking codes directly in your sales management panel.
Main Features
1. Product Synchronization (Dropshippingb2b → Framework360)
The system imports data of selected products, managing automatic creation and updating:
- Imported Data: Name, sale price, SKU/EAN code, weight, gallery images, stock availability, and technical attributes.
- Category Management: Brands or categories from the dropshipper are automatically created as categories within your e-commerce.
- Continuous Updating: Catalog synchronization occurs automatically and on a schedule to keep prices and availability always up to date.
2. Order Export (Framework360 → Dropshippingb2b)
When you receive a sale, you can send the details to the dropshipper:
- Manual Sending: From the sales list or order detail page, a button is available to send the order to the supplier’s cart.
- Transferred Data: The export includes product details (if synchronized), customer shipping data (address, name, contact), and payment method (useful for cash-on-delivery handling).
- Real-Time Status: The order detail panel shows whether the order was sent successfully, if it is still in the supplier’s cart (awaiting confirmation), or if errors occurred during sending.
3. Sales Status Update
The system monitors the status of orders sent to the dropshipper:
- Automatic Update: When the dropshipper marks an order as "Shipped" or "Delivered," Framework360 automatically updates the corresponding sale status.
- Tracking Data: If available, the system imports the courier name and tracking code, updating the order’s shipping information.
How to Configure
Configuration is divided into two phases: initial authentication and selection of content to synchronize.
1. Initial Connection (OAuth)
To link Framework360 to your Dropshippingb2b account, you must enter API credentials provided by the service:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| UID | User Identifier provided by Dropshippingb2b. |
| PID | Project Identifier provided by Dropshippingb2b. |
| LID | License Identifier provided by Dropshippingb2b. |
| KEY | API Secret Key for secure access. |
2. Synchronization Options (Settings Panel)
In the plugin's "Synchronization" section, you can define how to manage product import:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Parent Category | Select an existing category in Framework360. All categories and brands imported from Dropshippingb2b will be created as subcategories under this selection. If not selected, they will be created as main categories. |
| Which categories to synchronize? | List of brands/categories available on Dropshippingb2b. Select only those you want to import into your catalog. |
Automatic Integrations
Queue Management
The module uses a processing queue to ensure that synchronization operations (for both products and orders) occur reliably even with large volumes of data.
- Product Synchronization: Product import runs automatically every 5 minutes, updating data for selected brands.
- Order Synchronization: Sent orders or status updates are processed in background via the queue without slowing down the user interface.
Webhook Synchronization
In the plugin settings’ "Webhooks" section, you can enable or disable automatic synchronization for these flows:
| Flow | Direction | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Synchronize products | Dropshippingb2b → Framework360 | Enables automatic import of products from the supplier into your e-commerce. |
| Synchronize orders | Framework360 → Dropshippingb2b | Enables automatic sending of orders received on your site to the dropshipper's system. |
Order Management (Sale Detail)
Within each sale’s detail tab (Billing > Sales), a new sidebar section dedicated to Dropshippingb2b is added:
- Order not sent: The button Send to cart is displayed.
- Order in Cart: If the order has been sent but not yet finalized by the dropshipper, a warning is shown along with the option Empty cart (useful for correcting or canceling sending).
- Order sent: A confirmation notice of successful sending is displayed.
- Sending error: If sending fails (e.g., due to missing data or unsynchronized products), an error message with details appears along with a Retry button.
