How to view the export summary (sent items, unsent items, and error details)

Why do it:

To view the results of synchronizing items (such as products) to Doofinder, including items successfully sent and those that generated errors.

Procedure:

1. Access the system section containing the items to be exported (for example, the Products list).

2. Locate the item or items you want to synchronize.

3. Click on the action button associated with the item (often represented by a dropdown menu or an icon).

4. In the menu, select Send to and then click on Doofinder.

5. Wait for the progress bar indicating the sending process to complete.

6. Once the export is finished, a modal window titled Export Completed will automatically appear.

Summary Content:

The summary window will display the following data:

  • Sent: The total number of items successfully synchronized.
  • Not Sent: The total number of items that were not synchronized.
  • Error Details: If any issues occurred, this section will list specific error messages for the items not sent.
