This guide explains how to manually retrieve the Discord invite link generated for a client, in case the invite status shows as pending.
The invite link is visible within the order details only when the Status is Invite in progress.
Step-by-step procedure
1. Log into the management panel and navigate to the sales or orders section.
2. Open the details of the specific sale or order for which you want to retrieve the link.
3. On the order details page, look for and click on the sidebar tab named Discord.
4. Inside the Discord tab, locate the section related to the desired product or subscription.
5. Verify that the displayed Status is Invite in progress.
6. Below the status, find the label Invite link.
7. Copy all the text contained in the field below the Invite link label. This is the complete link you can send to the client.
