This guide explains how to manually send an invite for a Discord channel associated with a product or subscription purchased by a customer.
This operation is performed within the order details in the admin panel.
Procedure for Sending the Invite
Follow these steps to send the Discord invite to the customer:
1. Access the Order Details:
- In your admin panel, navigate to the section containing orders or sales.
- Click on the specific order for which you want to send the Discord invite.
2. Open the Discord Section:
- Within the order details screen, look for and click on the tab or sidebar section titled Discord.
3. Identify the Product and Status:
- In the Discord section, you will find a list of purchased products or subscriptions configured with a Discord channel.
- For each product, check the field labeled Status.
4. Send the Invite:
- If the product’s Status is indicated as Not invited, it means that the invite has not yet been sent or the customer has not yet completed registration.
- Under the label Action, click on the button:
Send invite
5. Confirm:
- After clicking, wait a moment.
- A success notification will appear confirming the operation:
Invite sent successfully.
The invite will be sent to the customer's email address and the system will attempt to synchronize the registration status. The product status will update to Invitation in progress if the operation was successful.
