This guide shows you how to associate a specific Discord role with a Product or Subscription Plan purchased by your customers. When a user buys the configured item, they will automatically receive the specified Discord role.
Note: Before starting, you must have already obtained the numeric ID of the role you want to assign from your Discord server.
Configuration Procedure
Follow these steps to configure the role ID for a product or subscription plan:
1. Access Product/Plan Management:
- Go to the section of your control panel where you manage Products or Subscription Plans (depending on the item you are configuring).
2. Edit the Item:
- Select the specific item (Product or Plan) to which you want to link the Discord role and open it in edit mode.
3. Access Discord Configuration:
- Within the item's edit settings, look for and click on the tab named Discord Configuration.
4. Enter the Role ID:
- In the configuration section, locate the field labeled: Subscriber role ID.
- Enter the numeric ID of the Discord role that users should receive after purchase.
5. Save Changes:
- Make sure to save changes to the item to apply the configuration.
Once saved, the system will automatically assign the specified role to all customers who purchase this item and complete the Discord linking process.
(You may also need to fill in the Discord Channel ID field if not done already, to ensure that the system knows where to send initial invites.)
