This guide helps you specify whether you want to pick up the order (Takeaway) or receive it (Home delivery) and select the exact time.
Procedure
1. Choose the pickup/delivery method
At the beginning of the form, select one of the two available options:
- Click on Asporto if you want to pick up the order at our location.
- Click on A domicilio if you want to receive the order at the specified address.
2. Specify the location
Depending on the chosen method, you will need to provide location details:
- If you chose Asporto:
- If multiple locations are available, use the dropdown menu labeled Dove preferisci ritirare l'ordine? to select your preferred location.
- If only one location is available, the address will be shown under the label Ci troviamo qui:.
- If you chose A domicilio:
- In the field labeled Dove ti trovi?, enter your full address. The field shows the placeholder Inserisci indirizzo completo.
3. Select the time and date
After specifying the location, the system will automatically load available times for pickup or delivery.
- Use the dropdown menu labeled Quando preferisci riceverlo?.
- Select your desired time. Options may include:
- Il prima possibile (if enabled).
- Specific times (e.g., "Oggi - 19:30" or "Domani - 20:00").
> Note: If there are no available times for the selected method and location, the menu will show the option Nessun orario disponibile. In that case, you will need to change either the method or location.
