Why do it: To ensure that orders received for a specific location (both Takeaway and Home Delivery) are automatically assigned to the operators responsible for that location.
Procedure for assigning operators
Follow these steps to link operators to a specific business location:
1. Access the Business Locations management section.
2. Select the location you want to configure.
3. Within the location's configuration, find the section or tab related to user assignment.
4. Look for the label Select users.
5. Click on the selection field under the label Select users.
6. A search and selection window will open. Use this window to search for the users or operator you want to assign to this location.
7. Select all necessary operators (you can select more than one).
8. Confirm the selection of operators and save the location configuration to apply the changes.
> Note: The system will use this association to automatically assign Delivery or Takeaway orders to these operators, depending on the location chosen by the customer during checkout.
