This procedure is necessary when you want to manually assign a Documento di Trasporto (DDT) number different from the one automatically proposed by the system.
Procedure
1. Access the sales management section for which you need to generate the DDT.
2. Click on the DDT tab (identified by the truck icon <i class="fas fa-truck"></i>).
3. Locate the field labeled Numero DDT.
- The system will automatically suggest the first available DDT number for the current year.
4. If the proposed number is correct, skip the next step. If you need to assign a specific number, enter the desired value in the Numero DDT field.
- Warning: If the entered number has already been used for another DDT in the same year, the system will display an error message.
5. Once you have specified the number, click on the Crea DDT button.
The system will generate the document and show a confirmation message: "DDT generato correttamente." The buttons will change to Stampa and Elimina DDT.
