This guide explains how to use the bulk action (multiple selection) to generate or print Transport Documents (DDT) for multiple orders in a single step.
1. Bulk Generation of DDT (Creation)
Use this procedure to quickly create DDTs for a selection of orders that do not yet have one associated.
Procedure
1. Access the Sales (or Orders) list.
2. Use the checkboxes to select all the orders for which you want to generate the DDT.
3. Locate and click on the bulk actions dropdown menu (usually positioned above the orders table).
4. In the menu that appears, click on Generate DDT.
5. The system will process the selected orders. You will receive a success notification ("DDT generated successfully") upon completion.
> Note: If a selected order already has a DDT, the generation action will be ignored for that order.
2. Bulk Printing of DDT
Use this procedure to simultaneously print the DDTs that have already been generated and associated with orders.
Procedure
1. Access the Sales (or Orders) list.
2. Use the checkboxes to select all the orders for which you want to print the DDT.
3. Locate and click on the bulk actions dropdown menu.
4. In the menu that appears, click on Print DDT.
5. The system will automatically open one or more new browser windows/tabs containing the ready transport documents. Printing will start automatically.
> Warning: After printing starts, the window/tab will close automatically after a few seconds. Make sure your printer is ready.
