This guide explains how to insert or update custom HTML code (such as tracking scripts or design elements) that should be displayed at the bottom (Footer) of all pages on the website.
Why do it
It allows you to add tracking scripts, external links, or any other specific HTML code that needs to appear at the bottom of all site pages.
Procedure
1. Log in to your site's administration panel.
2. In the main navigation menu, look for and click on the website section.
3. Within the website section, locate and select the plugin called Custom HTML.
4. Once the plugin settings are open, make sure you are on the main tab (usually named "General" or equivalent).
5. Inside the settings page, find the box titled Footer.
6. Under the label HTML Code within the Footer box, insert or modify the desired HTML code.
- Warning: Make sure that the inserted HTML code is valid.
7. Ignore the Header box if you only need to edit the Footer.
8. Once completed, click on the save button (usually located at the bottom of the page or top right) to apply the changes.
