Guide to Viewing the Upload Status of Customer Documents
This guide explains how to check which documents have been uploaded by a specific customer within the Customer Management section.
Procedure
1. Access the Customer Management section (or the customer list).
2. In the customer summary table, look for the column titled Documents.
- If the customer has uploaded at least one document, you will see the indication Yes.
- If no documents have been uploaded, you will see the indication No.
3. Click on the customer's name to access their detailed profile.
4. In the tab bar of the customer profile, click on the tab titled Documents.
5. Within this section, each required document will be listed in a separate box.
6. For each document, check its upload status:
- Document Uploaded: If the document is present, you will see a green message stating: "Documento caricato in data [Date and Time]". You can click on the Vedi documento button to view or download the file.
- Document Missing: If the document has not yet been uploaded, you will see a red message stating: "Documento mancante".
7. If the document requires additional data input (as specified during configuration), these data will be displayed in the box below the name of the requested field (for example, if the "Nome documento" field was requested, you will see an input field with the value entered by the customer).
(Note: On this screen, administrators also have the option to upload or replace the customer's document using the text/media picker field under the label Gestisci documento.)
