View previously uploaded documents (Client Area and Backend)

This guide explains how to view documents that have been uploaded by both the user (Client Area) and an administrator (Backend).


1. Viewing in Client Area (User)

Users can view the documents they have uploaded by accessing the dedicated section of their profile.

Procedure

1. Log in to your Client Area.

2. In the navigation menu, look for and click on the section titled My Documents (or Your Documents).

3. In the list, for each uploaded document, you will find a status block indicating:

  • "Document uploaded on [Date and Time]".
  • Any additional data entered (if requested).

4. To view or download the file, click on the link (View Document).


2. Viewing in Backend (Administrator)

Administrators can view all documents uploaded by a specific client within their management tab.

Procedure

1. Log in to the management Backend.

2. Navigate to the client management section and select the desired client.

3. Within the client's tab, click on the Documents tab.

4. For each configured document, you will see a box indicating:

  • Whether the document has been uploaded ("Document uploaded on [Date and Time]") or is "Document missing".
  • Any additional data associated with the document.

5. To view or download the file, click on the View Document button.
