Open and consult the file of an uploaded document (Client Area and Backend)

This guide explains how to view the files of documents that have been uploaded, both within the Client Area (reserved for the user) and in the Backend (reserved for administrators).


1. Viewing Documents in the Client Area

Why do this: To verify or download a copy of the document you previously uploaded.

Procedure:

1. Log in to your Client Area.

2. In the navigation menu, click on the My Documents section.

3. Locate the document you want to view (for example, "Driver's License," "Identity Card," etc.).

4. If the document was successfully uploaded, you will find an information block indicating: "Document uploaded on [Date and Time]."

5. Click on the (View Document) link to open the file in a new browser tab.

If the uploaded document is an image file (such as PNG or JPG), the image will be displayed directly below the link.


2. Viewing Documents in the Backend (Administration Panel)

Why do this: To view or manage documents uploaded by a specific client.

Procedure:

1. Log in to the Administration Panel (Backend).

2. Go to the client management section and select the client whose documents you want to view.

3. Within the client's tab, click on the Client Documents tab (or the tab labeled Documents).

4. Scroll through the list of available documents and locate the one you want to view.

5. If the document is present, you will see a confirmation: "Document uploaded on [Date and Time]."

6. Click on the View Document button.

The file will open in a new browser window or tab.

> Note for Administrators: In the same section, you can also manage or replace the document file via the "Manage Document" field (Media Picker).
