Why do it:
If the document you need to upload requires additional information (such as an expiration date or an identification number), you can enter it directly in the Customer Area.
Procedure
1. Access the Your Documents: section within your Customer Area.
2. Locate the document for which you need to enter details (for example, "Driver's License").
3. Below the document title, you will find one or more additional text fields.
- These fields are labeled with the name of the required data (for example, "License Number" or "Expiration Date").
4. Enter the requested information in each field.
- Note: The text inside the field suggests the action: "Enter [Field Name]".
5. If you also need to upload the document file, use the field labeled Upload file just below.
6. Once you have completed entering the data and optionally uploading the file, scroll to the bottom of the page.
7. Click on the Save documents button (or Save document, if managing a single file) to save changes and submit the data.
You will receive a success notification after saving.
