Enable the request for additional data entry for a document (Backend - Configuration)
To collect specific information (such as a document number or an expiration date) along with the file uploaded by the customer.
Procedure
1. Access the configuration section of the "Documenti clienti" plugin (or equivalent).
2. Select the Generali tab.
3. You will find the list of configured documents. Select the document you want to modify or add a new one.
4. Within the document configuration (which includes the fields Nome documento and Modalità caricamento), check the box next to the option: Richiedi inserimento dati.
5. Once this option is checked, a new field labeled Quali dati desideri chiedere? will appear.
6. In this field, enter the exact names of the fields that the customer must fill in, separated by commas (e.g., Numero Patente, Data di Scadenza).
7. Save the plugin settings.
